RIGHT NOW, is the right time to purchase this business. You may ask, why, it's winter. Ah, but there is the beauty. All of my clients use my services
YEAR round. Winter time is where you make the most of your money. Why you ask? During the winter is when you use
VERY little chemicals (the bulk of money you spend on this business, besides gas). With gas prices so low now, even that expense is nothing.
There are 12 pools on the route that generate anywhere from $1,000 to $1,500 per month. I've had all of these clients, no less then two years. I whittled down my old route, cutting out the fat (ex. the complainers, the late payers, etc). My clients are located mostly in the Green Valley area, with a few scattered around the southern part of Vegas. I can clean all 12 pools in one day. Which makes it a perfect part time job. One day a week, means four days a month, to make
$1,000 to $1,500. You can do the math, that's
$250 to $375 a day.
Typically, when selling a pool cleaning route, clients are valued right around $1,000 a piece. In this case, that would make the route worth $12,000. My life is extremely hectic right now, I travel a lot. To be fair to these clients that have been so good to me, I feel it's best to let them go to someone who has the time for them. Therefore, I am selling the route for only $7,500,
that's only $625 per client.
As I mentioned, the business generates $1,000 to $1,500 per month. So, you could have have your money back and some within
6 months. I'm sure you'll gain more clients during those six months as well. I'll even show you the best ways to get more clients. If you don't know how to clean a pool, don't worry. I didn't know how to either when I bought the business. The guy I bought the business from showed me how and I'll do the same for you.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to accept payments for the business. To be honest, I'm simply not interested in that arrangement. I can keep making $1,000 to $1,500 a month, easily. This is the best way to get yourself
"out of the rat race" and to
"quit working for the man". Be your own boss. Work when you want. That's the
American Dream, right?
If you're interested, give me (Jeremy) a call at 702-524-0456. Cash is the preferred form of payment. You can pay by
credit card, but only through PayPal.com. If you pay by credit card, you will have to pay for the service charge, which is 5% of the transaction amount. In this case, the fee would be, $375. The advantage of a credit card is that you can pay off the debt over time. Taking a loan out for a money generating business is
ALWAYS considered good debt.
