Designed by the world-renowned architect Tom Fazio, Primm Valley Golf Club is exquisite. In a lush green environment lie two courses, the Lakes and the Desert. Both have their strengths and both are framed with panoramic views of the mountains along the Nevada-California state line. The course is located in the direct path of weekend vacationers traveling from California to Las Vegas, making it a very popular stop for golf lovers making the trip.

The Lakes course is a considerably difficult course. Bunkers and water features are prevalent on this course. The 10th hole on the Lakes course is called “Temptation.” This difficult hole includes a steep slope to the green, and water and sand on either sides of the fairway. The Lakes is perfectly designed so golfers will not be interrupted during their game. The cart paths are hidden so passersby will have no chance of interrupting an important shot.

The Desert course is the newer of the two courses and most consider it a bit tamer than Lakes. The Desert course is more focused on the experience and having fun. It is designed to forgive a bad shot or even a golfer having a bad day.

Primm Valley is also home to three hotels and casinos as well as an outlet mall. The area is a great place to stop for golf lovers while on the way to Las Vegas.
